Gyoza Preparation Board

I always seems to make unusual thing to sell. But sometimes making sweet dessert can be quite boring (to see the ochre colour XD).
I love gyoza (japanese dumpling). I came out with my own recipe and used to spend the whole day making it. But now I'm making the minis.
Another thing that I like (despite my age) is watching some cooking videos. Most of my school friends laugh because they don't find it enjoyable? To add to my pleasure, I found this video on youtube.
p.s. Don't worry! You are not the only one with the tummy growling after watching it! XP

I am not familiar with this dish but it looks quite delicious and intriguing! You do such wonderful work. My husband enjoys cooking shows. I always say I cook for survival and somehow he trained me to cook breakfast every morning of work and school--eggs, toast, bacon and grits with cheese, juice or milk.
